Frank, Mary
Jo, and Don had a flat tire on their way to the course and made it to the
course just in time. They did have Jake
worried that he would have to take on Team Donlin by himself.
I think Mary
Jo was able to change the tire before Frank & Don could find the instructions.
This match was close and decided by 3
strokes. Team Donlin mustered more
individual points but could not out do Team Leirey for Team Medal.
Some of the highlights of this match:
Frank Leirey
shoots a 41 (getting 1 stroke) vs. Ray Vaughn’s 44. Frank wins by 4 strokes.
Don Potter
shoots 42 (birdie on #6) (giving 1 stroke) vs. Steve Duddey’s
42. Steve wins by 1 stroke.
Mary Jo
Leirey shoots 42 (birdie on #4)(getting 2 strokes) vs.
Mike Donlin’s 42 (birdie on #5). Mary Jo wins by 2 strokes.
Jake
Job-Rivera shoots 48 (getting 2 strokes) vs. Eddie Gregory’s 44 (birdie on
#5). Eddie wins by 2 strokes.
Final
results: Team Leirey wins team medal by 3 strokes and match.
