Carts:
Every
week I will post this about carts and fees.
Green
fees and cart fees are still being paid by the League Treasurer Chuck Reckers. For those okay with riding 2 in a cart with
teammates that is now acceptable and preferred.
For those who said they will walk
but wish to change to walk front and ride back or ride both sides, you need to let
the League Treasurer Chuck Reckers know by Tuesdays 6 p.m. so he can update his
records and notify the course on number of carts we will need. Also, if you are having a sub that is
different on walk or ride you need to let Chuck know about that. If a player wants to commit to ride the back
or both sides Chuck will update his records and collect the cart fees as part
of the second installment in late July. Reminder
that no changing your mind at the course.

Division Standings:
A Division: Team Schumacher (#4 Seed) holds a 29.5 point
lead over Team Bramlage (#5 Seed) with Team Kiffmeyer 32.5 points out of 1st. Team Anderson brings in 4th and 66
points out of 1st. Could be
some big changes here.
B Division: Team Flynn dropped to #2 Seed
with Team Halpin 63 points out. Team
Buescher remains in 3rd and Team Leirey (top of the upside down
list) in 4th and both too far out.
My hopes here are that Team Flynn takes a big loss next week or a
positive way of saying that is I hope Team Halpin takes a massive win.
C Division: Team Kientz still holds the lead and #3 Seed. Team Zachritz in 2nd place and a big
85 points out of 1st but only 36 points out of seeding. Team Breen in 3rd and 61.5 points
out of seeding. Team Harms strongly holds
4th here.
D Division: Team Pfeiffer holds 1st
and moved into the #1 Seed as Team Bachmann held 2nd place but
dropped to the #6 Seed and is now 64.5 points out of 1st. Team Sue&Sherrill moved up to 3rd
place as Team Vaughn drops to 4th and both are too far out of
seeding.
Seeding:
Changes this week to Seeding are Team Pfeiffer
jumping to #1 Seed, Team Flynn dropping to #2 Seed, Team Bramlage up to #5 Seed,
and Team Bachmann dropping to #6 Seed.
Number 1 Seed – Team Pfeiffer
Number 2 Seed – Team Flynn
Number 3 Seed – Team Kientz
Number 4 Seed – Team Schumacher
Number 5 Seed – Team Bramlage
Number 6 Seed – Team Bachmann

Secretary Predictions:
·
A Division - secretary predicts
that Team Schumacher gets 40 points vs Team Bramlage gets 50 points and Defending
League Champions Team Kiffmeyer gets 75 points and takes the division lead. This knocks Team Bramlage out of seeding and
drops Team Schumacher to #6 Seed.
·
B Division - secretary predicts
Team Halpin takes 78 points over Team Flynn and moves into division lead and
knocking Team Flynn out of seeding.
·
C Division - secretary predicts Team
Zachritz pulling in a massive 87 points over Team Kientz to only miss by 1
stroke from taking the lead away from Team Kientz. Team Harms defeats Team Breen and ends any
hope of a seeded position.
·
D Division - secretary predicts
Team Pfeiffer vs Team Bachmann to be the biggest slug fest with Team Bachmann
(and an ever clear mind) with a 77 point win but falling short of 1st
place but keeping a seeded position.
o
Who will make the play-offs?
§
Secretary predictions on Seeding is
Team Pfeiffer #1 Seed, Team Kiffmeyer #2 Seed, Team Halpin #3 Seed, Team Kientz
#4 Seed, Team Bachmann #5 Seed, and Team Schumacher #6 Seed.
§
Hopefully, my predictions are
correct, however if anyone would like to try and pick the seeded teams I have a
dozen very experienced golf balls for whomever can guess winners correctly. More than one we will have a drawing for the
winner. Send to halpinc@aol.com by August 25.
The Almighty
Fork:
Mathematically
there are 13 teams still in the running for a Seed position so no more Forking
until after the position round.
Week 12 –
Team Leirey
Week 14 –

Week 15 –
