Heard in the Clubhouse:

-Mr. Clyde Barnes before playing: “Oh heck I might as well put in the Skins, I didn’t the last few times and I could have won, so I’ll try this week.”  (Clyde wins a skin on the last hole.)

-From Mr. Don Potter: “I thought you taught your son better.  He has no respect for the elderly.”

From father of the son (laughing): “I guess I did teach him something since I severely beat Mr. Dave Spaeth.”

-Opponent to Pat Breen:  “I need to repossess that driver.  It must not be legal.”

Question for the Weak/Thoughts to Ponder:

·         Why does the sun lighten our hair, but darken our skin?

·         Why can’t women put on mascara with their mouth closed?

·         Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor, while dishwashing liquid is made with real lemons?

·         Why don’t we ever see this headline: Psychic Wins Lottery?

·         Why isn’t there mouse flavored cat food?

·         Who tastes dog food when it has a ‘new & improved’ flavor?

·         Why didn’t Noah swat those two mosquitoes?

·         Why do they sterilize the needle for lethal injections?

·         Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?

·         Why do they call the airport ‘the terminal’ if flying is so safe?

·         Did you know that if you ask anyone from a Professor to a politician ‘Why’, three times in a row, you can reduce them to a gibbering idiot.  Incidentally, the three ‘Whys’ trick is one that I learnt from watching my 7 year old nephew question his mother.

IRS Golf League Secretary

Whaaaat’s up this week? Know campaigning for secretary this week.  Team Bram-la-ge won big so as far as I no there were know changes recommended.  Still say the complaint committee (Thanks Mr. Bill) should handle that, just don’t touch the balls.  Sometimes you don’t have to change things to win, however I think Mr. Farlon Smith would like to win more than once, yet never hear complaints from him.  Compliant Chairman Mr. Bill Zachritz still without any Skins/Greenies/Long Putts, don’t give up the rest of us enjoy your donations.  As always, this paragraph may or may not have many or no errors, or more errors than you can count.   Read at your own risk, especially this line as some have suffered severe eye strain… or loss of motion from falling over laughing…or severe shock…
