IRS Wednesday Golf League Newsletter

Division Standings:

A Division: Team Bramlage (#1 Seed) still holds the lead but is losing ground to the rest of the division as Team Bachmann (moved up to #5 Seed) closed in to 6.5 points out.  Team Breen lost a little ground but is only 63.5 points out.  Team Halpin picked up a little and is now only 114 points out.

Division B:  Team Flynn (#2 Seed) is still barely holding the lead as Team Schumacher (dropped to #6 Seed) fell to 4.5 points out.  Team Vaughn for a third week is starting to catch up to the leaders and is only 36.5 points out.  Team Patmann still holds 2nd from the top of the upside down list and really needs to volunteer to help Col. Schu with the Scramble.

Division C:  Team Buescher (#3 seed) lost a little more ground as Team Kientz is only 1.5 points out.  Team Anderson (the shirts) comes in 3rd but now is only 10 points out of 1st.  Team Freeman bringing in 4th fell to 114.5 points from 1st place.

Division D:  Team Kiffmeyer (#4 Seed) is still in the lead but lost ground again as Team Harms is now 21 points out and Team Leirey is only 29.5 points out.  Team Pfeiffer remains in command on top of the upside down leader list and remains the only team still looking for a win.

Current seeding is:

#1 Seed – Team Bramlage (A Division)

#2 Seed – Team Flynn (B Division)

#3 Seed – Team Buescher (C Division)

#4 Seed – Team Kiffmeyer (D Division)

#5 Seed – Team Bachmann (A Division)

#6 Seed – Team Schumacher (B Division)

Status of the Almighty Fork:

As the league secretary was on #8 thoughts were that Team Pfeiffer was going to have Team Halpin Forked as the secretary was down 8 strokes.  Little did I know that the A & B card on Team Halpin was up by 13 strokes.  (Thank you J.B. Holmes) So, with that, no one Forked this week.

Forked Week 7:  Team Leirey and Team Pfeiffer.       Forked Week 8:  Team Anderson.

Forked Week 9:  Team Patmann.                              Forked Week 10:  Team Harms

Forked Week 11: Team Kiffmeyer

Missed Shot of the Day:

From last week: Garry Melish missing an Eagle putt by inches, would have been a nice skin last week.

Question of the Weak:

Question:  What is _____?

Answer:  __________.
