2 - May 5, 2021
Week 2 and finally
good weather to play golf. A little cool
and cart path only, but we managed to complete the matches.
Here is wishing
Tim Feldman a quick recovery from his heart attack. Word has it that he was at the soccer field
when his heart stopped. CPR was
performed and paramedics shocked him back to life. Thanks go to the paramedics for saving his
life. Get well Tim and hope to see you
back at the course soon.
Treasurer Chuck
Reckers reports that there are 60 members current with their first
payment. Chuck thanks all those who paid
for the entire season. Credits for the rain-out will be applied to
the 2nd payment or credit given at end of the season.
The League
Secretary thanks all the teams for getting their score cards turned in. Also, a big thanks for keeping the
Skins/Greenies/Long Putt funds correct.
Since we are not doing the recap sheets at the course, if you have any
notes or comments there is a note pad in the briefcase to write them down on.
Subs this week

Jeff Witt (for Team Buescher); Mike Schwarberg (for Team Schumacher); Carol
Goldstone (for Team Zachritz); and new sub Dave Engleman (for Team

Skins, Greenies, and Long Putt - each week there will be a sheet and a box on
one of the tables in the clubhouse. The sheet will have the names of all the
regulars and blank lines at the bottom for subs to write in their names.
$3.00 entry fee for Skins; $1.00 entry fee
for Greenies and $1.00 entry fee for Long Putt. Place a check mark for each category for
which you are participating. If the
Briefcase is not out, then notate on your scorecard your intent to play and pay
when you complete your match. First
teams out please take the markers, last teams in please bring markers in.
